Please note that even after payment, stall availability is not guaranteed due to limited space. In the event that we are unable to accommodate your booking, our team will contact you and promptly issue a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Guidelines

Timeline to submit your stall registration is 9:00 pm on June 7th, 2025.

Registrations are limited, First come first served.

No refunds.

Stalls timing: 10AM to 5PM on June 8th, 2025.

Payments should be made online.

No walk in stalls.

No stall may be shared with another group or business.

TAMA or TANA is not liable for any personal injuries or loss of personal property.

Event organizers can verify whether the stall is profit or non-profit at anytime.

Stalls will be allocated by the event organizers. The stallholder must set up in the area allocated by the event organizer.

TAMA may exclude, without refund, any person or stall who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions on the day of the event.

The stallholder hereby jointly and severally indemnifies TAMA and its management from and against any loss, costs or damages (whether direct or indirect) in any way arising out of the stallholders business or use of the site at TAMA Event to sell goods to patrons of the TAMA. This indemnity is absolute and unconditional, and the obligations of the stallholders shall not be released, discharged, modified, impaired or affected in any manner whatsoever.

TAMA shall not be liable to the stallholder for any loss of profit, loss of business or consequential loss of the stallholder however caused.
